Lazy Sunday Afternoon Trip to Ethiopia

I have been getting cravings for enjera, the sourdough bread from Ethiopia, for a few days.  So couple days back I ended up making teff flour sourdough batter and made some enjera's for me.  Enjera is traditionally served with cabbage, salad, dal and berbere chutney.  I skipped the dal and instead used the leftover 'mirchi' subzi Madhu had made a few days ago.

Served with green tea, it made for a delicious meal.  Enjera, green tea, and The Alchemist, by Paolo Coelho - a perfect Sunday afternoon!!  You can check it out below...
