Köln Airport to City Center

Image
After spending three days in Wuppertal and another in Berlin, today I landed in Köln (Cologne) for a day long business trip.  For a small regional airport, Köln airport is beautiful designed, spacious unit that makes travel here a pleasure. Since I arrived a couple hours earlier than I needed to, I decided to take a train to Köln city center to visit the renowned Cathedral.   The train station is in terminal 2 and the trip to city center is only €3.00.  Google or Apple Maps guides one quite nicely on which train to take.  So here I am waiting for 8.09 train. Motorcycle tour of Finger Lakes in New York

Image
Amongst New Jerseyites, Finger Lakes, New York is renowned for its wineries and scenic views. Yet, in all these years I have lived in New Jersey, I have never ventured into the area. Recently I found myself thinking - wouldn't it be great to tour the Finger Lakes on my motorcycle? When I broached the topic with Sai, he seemed enthusiastic about so I immediately set about planning the trip. Just like me, Sai is also a proud owner of a Triumph Bonneville, so it will be cool to to have two Triumph riders touring a region together. As I started to plan this, I thought that it would be no fun to just drive up and back. Rather, it would be nice take our time to visit some of the more scenic parts of Finger Lakes. I settled on driving around Cayuga lake, and visiting a few upper regions of Seneca lake, the two biggest lakes in Finger Lakes region. Below is the plan.  If you are interested in joining this trip, email me at
